My wife and I came in on 9-9-22, unit was on zero. We saw the front desk manager Samantha on 9-10-22. She got everything straight. Excellent customer service, friendly, people person and this is what is needed at the front desk. Managers that can manage in all areas. Thanks Samantha.

The resort was very nice. The tour was great and the vacation packages are amazing. Our representative Antwon Dukes was patient, knowledgeable, very kind, sincere and attentive. He’s definitely one of the best reps we’ve ever encountered.

Very clean and spacious! Nice grounds and pool area. Luv the “woodsy “setting..but bring your own food or stop at the Target, 10 minutes away🙂

Great place to spend time with family close to many area attractions. This is a time share property so not necessarily open to all. My daughter has a service dog and he was welcomed however pets are not allowed so if you are traveling with your fur baby this is not the place.

Kings Creek is in the middle of all activities. Very centrally located. We stayed at the cottages which were very clean and nice.
