SPONSOR: Resort Sales Missouri, Inc. and its affiliates and co-sponsors in the USA.

ENTERING: Sweepstake begins April 1, 2022 and ends March 31, 2025.  Eligible participants must submit an official entry form with completed contact information at Sponsor selected events, touchscreens, or website within Sweepstake’s period.

ELIGIBILITY: U.S. residents who are 25 or older with a minimum household income of $ 50,000 US.  Sponsor, its affiliates or agents thereof, employees and their immediate family members and any owners at Sponsor affiliated resorts are not eligible. Entries must be complete. Void where prohibited by law and where any applicable legal requirements have not been met.

MONTHLY PRIZE: The winner will receive a $1,000 gift card of Sponsor’s choice.  Prize is non-transferable and no substitutions allowed.

GRAND PRIZE: The winner will receive their choice of ONE (1) of the following: (i.) Up to $25,000 to be applied against a 24-month lease of a vehicle of winner’s choice. Winner is responsible for all registration, titling, licensing, sales tax, insurance and costs, including travel associated with collecting the vehicle. Winner must take delivery from dealer available stock, OR (ii.) $25,000 cash award payable by check. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions allowed.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning the prize(s) depend upon the number of eligible entries received during Sweepstake’s period.

WINNING: ONE (1) winner will be selected by random electronic drawing from all eligible entries conducted by Sponsor, as the administrator of the sweepstakes, on or about May 15, 2025 at Sponsor’s Corporate Office. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified within 15 days of selection, and winner will be contacted by phone and email. The selected prize must be claimed within 30 days of notice. The prize is not transferrable.  If the prize is not claimed, it will be awarded in a subsequent random electronic drawing. Winner will not be required to submit to a sales promotion effort. Prize will be delivered within 30 days of selection or sooner, if required by state regulations. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winner will be requested to sign a notarized Affidavit of Authorization and Release, including consent to use of name, photo, likeness and city and state of residence for the purpose of Sponsor’s advertising, publicity and promotion without additional compensation or permission.  If any federal, state, or local laws conflict with the manner in which these Rules are applied, or the manner in which the Giveaway is conducted and the prize is awarded, then the applicable federal, state or local law will be followed.
